Windows Vista content has moved to MSDN Windows Vista Developer Center
Microsoft is creating a new program called "OEM Ready" and will require that application that ship with the OEM machine base image will have the new OEM Ready certification, or the existing Certified for Windows Vista logo starting August, 2008.
